Introducing Charges

We’re excited to announce the launch of Charges!

Over the process of cycling an item, change happens and sometimes that needs charging for.

We've built Charges to handle the unexpected and the unplanned. Handling capturing additional payments for anything from rental extensions to damages.

A customer fell in love with an item they are renting and want to keep it? Charge.

A rental has been returned late? Seems like a cheeky way to extend the rental. Charge.

A customer wants to keep hold of the item a little longer? Great, extend the rental dates and charge the difference.

Nightmare scenario, the item has come back damaged and your terms state the customer needs to cover it? Charge.

When viewing Charges, you’ll have a clear overview of all recent paid and unpaid charges made through Supercycle, ensuring full transparency.

Multiple inventory locations

Manage inventory seamlessly across multiple warehouses and stores. You can now assign a location to each item, ensuring stock is tracked and available where it matters most.

• Set inventory locations per item
• Restrict availability to specific locations
• Show pickup dates based on stock at a chosen store

For example, if a customer selects York for in-store pickup, they’ll only see availability for that location.

This update makes multi-location inventory more precise, reducing stock errors and improving the customer experience.

Custom data

You can now created custom fields for items and rentals to store specific information to your business. Examples include purchase price, consignee or manufacturer serial number.

Tags everywhere

You can now add tags to rentals, items and returns from their respective pages in Supercycle.
